Azets Wealth Management has agreed to acquire Chartered Financial Planners Evans Falco LLP, extending its operations and specialist capability in the South West.

Founded in 2010, Evans Falco is based in Redruth with a second office in Newquay. The firm is one of a small number in Cornwall to hold Chartered status from the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Its partners, Treve Evans and Rosie Falco, specialise in financial planning, investment and retirement advice for private clients.

Following completion, the Evans Falco team will join Azets Wealth Management and relocate to Azets’ regional offices in Plymouth and Truro.

According to Azets, the move will align the business with its wider regional operations while maintaining continuity for existing clients.

The transaction follows recent acquisitions by Azets Wealth Management, including Milne Craig in Glasgow and Laurus Associates in Newcastle.

Contracts of the deal have been exchanged and completion is expected by the end of November 2025.

Rosie Falco, partner at Evans Falco, said: “Joining Azets Wealth Management gives us the chance to grow while continuing to deliver the high-quality, personal advice our clients expect. Being part of Azets allows us to offer clients more choice and depth of expertise without losing the values that define us.”

Mark Parkinson, chief executive of Azets Wealth Management, added: “Evans Falco has built a strong reputation in Cornwall and the South West for Chartered financial planning. Their people-first culture and specialist knowledge are a natural fit with Azets Wealth Management.”
