20:20 Innovation has announced that it has acquired Ross Martin along with its associated Virtual Tax Partner (VtaxP) support service.
The agreement will see RossMartin founder Nichola Ross Martin joining 20:20 Innovation as technical director for tax.
Despite the acquisition 20:20 have stated that both brands will retain their distinct identities.

20:20 Innovation was founded in 1998 and provides over 2,000 firms with a training programme of tax, auditing and accounting technical topics as well as specialist topics.
