The GS Verde Group has announced the opening of the GSV Global M&A Network, an international network of dealmaking advisors.

The GSV Global Network launches with a membership of circa 30 advisors in over 18 countries across the world, including Canada, USA, Ireland and Germany.

The network formally launches on 6 November 2024, and with applications still being received, the network is on course to cover every major region of the world.

The purpose of the network is to enable business owners working on international deals, to seamlessly work with teams of advisors in any and each country or jurisdiction that their transaction requires.

GS Verde announced the network launch at a time of seeing increased demand for cross-border transactions.

Members include Corporate Finance, Law, Tax, Due Diligence and other M&A advisory specialists that may be required to complete a cross-border transaction, whether an acquisition, investment raise, or business exit.

Nigel Greenaway, chief executive officer of GS Verde, said: “The global marketplace is more interconnected than ever, and businesses are increasingly looking beyond their domestic borders for opportunities.

“The launch of the GSV Global M&A Network allows us to offer our clients unparalleled access to international markets through a trusted network of expert advisors. We are committed to facilitating seamless cross-border transactions and supporting businesses in achieving their strategic objectives on a global scale.”

Founding member of the network, André Sylvestre, senior corporate advisor, Phoenix Corporate Finance in Canada, added: “We are thrilled to join the GSV Global M&A Network, expanding our capacity to facilitate cross-border transactions and bolster a broad array of businesses as they venture into global markets. Collaborating with GS Verde and the esteemed advisors across this network promises exciting and fruitful partnerships in the years to come.

“With this affiliation, we aim to not only extend our geographical reach but also enhance our ability to support our client’s international growth ambitions more comprehensively, providing them with the reassurance and confidence they need. We eagerly anticipate the opportunities and successes that will arise from working closely with the distinguished professionals within the GSV Global M&A Network.”
