Kinbrook Group has announced the promotion of 42 employees across its Beavis Morgan, Duncan and Toplis and Old Mill businesses to support its UK expansion strategy.

The elevations include two new partners and 15 staff moving into senior manager or manager roles. Another eight employees were promoted to associate director.

The group, which provides advisory services to UK businesses, also confirmed 17 further promotions for staff moving into various key roles across its regional hubs.

The move follows a period of growth for the firm. Kinbrook has revealed it is focused on internal career progression and building collaborative teams through its organic expansion and acquisitions.

According to management, these promotions span several service lines. The group aims to maintain a leadership pipeline while integrating new teams that have recently joined the business.

Katie Davis, chief growth officer at Kinbrook Group, said: “These promotions reflect the strength and depth of talent across our businesses. We are committed to creating an environment where people can build their careers, develop their expertise and play a meaningful role in the future of the group.

“As we continue to grow, investing in our people remains central to how we operate and how we support our clients.”
