KR8 Advisory has expanded its London team with the appointment of two managing directors.
Andrew Livingstone and Harris Waseem join the firm with more than 20 years of experience each in the restructuring and advisory sectors.
Livingstone, a licensed insolvency practitioner, specialises in financial restructuring, contingency planning and operational wind-downs.
His career has focused on cross-border and multi-stakeholder situations, with a particular emphasis on the retail, leisure, hospitality and financial services industries.
Waseem is a chartered accountant and restructuring specialist with experience in both solvent and distressed situations.
He spent 15 years at a Big Four accountancy firm before holding senior leadership positions within UK mid-tier practices. He brings additional expertise in international banking to the role.
The appointments are part of a wider investment in senior talent at the firm as it looks to expand its restructuring and turnaround offering.
The new directors will work across the company’s real estate and advisory teams to support clients with financial and operational challenges.
Livingstone said: “I’m delighted to be joining KR8 at an exciting stage in its growth. The firm’s collaborative approach and strong reputation provide a great platform to support clients through increasingly complex and challenging situations.”
Waseem added: “As a firm, KR8 has already developed a strong reputation in the market for delivering pragmatic, results-driven advice, and I look forward to working with both new and existing clients to help them navigate the various challenges they may be facing.”
