Affinia has acquired PK Group as part of plans to broaden its reach across London, East Anglia and the South East.
The deal brings the Richmond and Woking-based practice into the integrated accounting, tax and business advisory group.
PK Group’s team of accountants, tax advisers and payroll specialists will join more than 600 staff now operating under the Affinia banner. The firm said the combination is intended to strengthen its regional footprint and deepen its advisory offering.
Rob Harden, chief development officer, said: “We are delighted that PK Group has become part of the Affinia family. With a shared ethos of putting clients first and going the extra mile, the combination with PK Group further strengthens Affinia’s commitment to providing exceptional services and broad advice to clients across the region.”
PK Group founder Patrick Kennedy said the firm had sought partners with a similar culture and approach. He added: “We carefully considered collaborating with culturally aligned firms that would complement our approach and enable us to continue providing an exceptional service to our clients while also benefiting from the additional resources of a larger group.
“Affinia shares our high standards and commitment to excellence, and I am confident this partnership will allow us to invest in and grow our business while ensuring our valued clients remain well-supported in the years ahead.”
Affinia said the acquisition forms part of its continued expansion strategy following a run of regional investments in recent years.
