James Cowper Kreston Corporate Finance team has provided financial and tax due diligence and tax structuring advice to Queen’s Park Equity on its investment in Wordwall, an educational technology platform.

Wordwall is used by millions of teachers and students around the world, enabling educators to create and customise a variety of educational games, quizzes, and activities to enhance classroom learning and student participation. 

The platform also offers access to approximately 88 million resources created by a global community of teachers.

With QPE’s investment, Wordwall is well positioned to expand its operations, integrate advanced technologies including AI capabilities and strengthen its position as a global leader in digital education.
