BK Plus has completed the sale of Leslie R Tipping Limited Funeral Supplies, a renowned UK-based supplier in this sector, to Hygeco SA, a European funeral services group with a global presence.Leslie R Tipping Limited, based in Bolton, has been a trusted name in supplies in the sector for over four decades.

Meanwhile, Hygeco SA, part of the Facultative Group, is a global leader in funeral services and products, with operations spanning Europe and beyond.

The acquisition represents a “strategic” expansion for Hygeco SA into the UK market, enhancing its footprint and service offering.

BK Plus served as the lead advisor on this cross-border transaction, leveraging its multi-disciplinary expertise.

The deal was successfully led by corporate finance partner Tom Parry, accounts partner Dominic Huxley, and tax partner Sally Fuller.
