MHA has announced the appointment of Ahmer Khan as the new head of Insurance for the UK.
Alongside this, Khan will also become the leader of the financial services practice for Baker Tilly Ireland.
Khan has more than two decades of assurance and consulting experience across the financial services sector with expertise in insurance, banking, asset management and capital markets.
He makes the move from EY Ireland, where he spent 13 years leading audit and consulting projects for large clients, including insurers, banks, asset managers and mutual/hedge funds.
Prior to EY, he spent 12 years with KPMG, working across Jersey, Dublin, and London.
He will head up the Insurance practice in the UK and also service UK banking audit clients while in Ireland, he will focus on insurance, asset management and capital market clients.
