For the last 18 months, the world has been captivated by the power of generative AI and the seemingly limitless business potential it presents. But while much of the hype generated by AI tools like ChatGPT is fully justified, the technology remains firmly in its infancy, meaning it still has a long way to go before its capabilities catch up with the ambitions of many business leaders.
