RSM UK has appointed Alex Fraser as a director to head up its people and change offering within its consulting practice.

Fraser has over 25 years’ experience in business transformation and maximising people’s performance at all levels within national and multinational businesses.

She joins from Hays, where she was group head of organisational change, and previously held roles at PwC and KPMG and is also a qualified professional leadership coach.

At RSM, she will help clients identify and understand change and people related challenges to develop and implement bespoke strategies to drive growth.

Fraser said: “Change is challenging, and people are complex, but both captivate me. This is why it’s extremely rewarding to help individuals and businesses achieve their ambitious goals, all while putting their people at the centre of what they do. I’m excited to support our clients through each journey.”

Joel Segal, head of business transformation at RSM UK, added: “We are delighted to have Alex join our consulting team and lead our people and change competency. Our team is dedicated to guiding organisations through transformations with a balanced focus on both technology, data, and human capabilities, ensuring success through their integration.

“Alex is well-equipped to help businesses confidently navigate change and create a culture that supports their people and future success – through both her deep experience and passion for humanity.”
