Crowe UK has promoted five people to partner across its Corporate Audit, Business Solutions and Social Purpose and Non-Profit teams.Diviya Ramaiya is now a partner in the Business Solutions team, and has more than 20 years’ experience providing business advice and support to companies and groups in the UK and internationally.

Her primary areas of focus within the team are Real Estate and Professional Practices, and she also works with Insurance Brokers, Fashion, Retail and Energy companies as well as Social Purpose organisations.

Diviya also supports the Crowe’s equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives and is a Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage (REACH) champion.

Kay Monks has also been promoted to the Business Solutions team, and has over a decade of experience working closely with UK businesses and international groups looking to expand into the UK market and guiding them through each stage of their business lifecycle. 

Monks specialises in working with retail and e-commerce companies, particularly direct to consumer brands, as well as with asset management, motorsport, tech and media businesses.

Sarah Riches meanwhile has been promoted to partner in Corporate Audit, and has over 13 years’ experience providing audit support to businesses across many industries, having worked on major international groups including those listed on the FTSE and AIM markets and large private UK clients.

Having joined Crowe in 2021, Riches has extensive experience working with both IFRS and UK GAAP clients in the professional services, consumer, and real estate sectors. 

Elsewhere, Tim Robinson is now a partner in Crowe’s Forensics team, having been on the team since 2017. He provides specialist help to organisations to ensure they are accurately protected against the latest manifestations of cybercrime and fraud. 

He has a broad array of clients in different sectors, including pension schemes, corporates, financial services, manufacturing and energy organisations and social purpose and non profits. His work spans cyber strategy, cyber vulnerability management, fraud investigations, data analytics and training.

Finally, in Social Purpose and Non Profit, Helen Blundell joins the partnership with more than 20 years of experience and an ICAEW Diploma in Charity Accounting. She works closely with a diverse range of clients from local charities to organisations operating nationally and internationally. Having joined Crowe in 2023 as a Director RI, her experience spans audits, independent examinations, and advisory.

Her advisory work has included governance reviews, corporate structures, and registration support across a range of sub-sectors, including faith-based groups, heritage charities, health and welfare, education, and art organisations.
