Wilson Wright acquires C Hoare and Co’s tax business

City accountancy, tax and business advisory firm, Wilson Wright, has announced its acquisition of Fleet Street-based C Hoare and Co’s tax business. 

The transaction will see C Hoare and Co’s team of four experienced tax professionals join Wilson Wright’s “well-regarded” private client tax team, ensuring a seamless transition for tax clients of C Hoare and Co.

These clients are also said to gain access to the “significant” breadth and depth of expertise possessed by Wilson Wright’s tax team, which spans both compliance and planning matters.

In addition, the team is also experienced in advising clients including family offices, high net-worth individuals and ultra high net-worth individuals, as well as some of the UK’s most successful entrepreneurs.

Having been shortlisted for the prestigious Tolley’s Taxation Awards earlier this year, Wilson Wright’s tax team also has considerable expertise in commercial tax matters with a dedicated transactions team, as well as specialists in wider commercial tax planning and compliance.
