Thompson Wright has announced that it has acquired a new practice, Hanleys Chartered Accountants, as part of its ongoing expansion plans.

The firm, based in Hale, Greater Manchester, brings with it the “expertise” of a number of experienced professionals.

For clients at the firm, there will be no changes, however the team will be able to enjoy the benefits of the new office in Hale and the added skills of the Hanleys’ team.

Richard Thompson, senior director at Thompson Wright, said: “We are delighted to be welcoming the Hanleys Chartered Accountants team and clients to our growing practice.

“This latest acquisition is an important step in our firm’s history, as we look to target new regions, sectors and organisations with our valued business, tax and accountancy services.”
