PM+M has announced the renaming of its wealth management team to PM+M Financial Planning Ltd.

According to the firm, the name change comes as the team continues to roll out its “ambitious” growth strategy over the coming years.

It revealed PM+M has over £300m worth of funds under management and expects that to grow by 35% in the next two years.

The firm has said the 12-strong team, headed by Antony Keen, provides a “broad range” of advisory services which cover pensions, investments, tax and estate planning, lifetime cashflow planning and protection to both individuals and businesses across Lancashire and the wider North West region.

PM+M has also said the team works with its tax, corporate finance, accountancy, and payroll specialists and is actively recruiting at adviser and paraplanner levels.

Keen said: “We decided that the term ‘wealth management’ was no longer a fair representation of what we do as it has connotations of being something only relevant to high-net-worth individuals. Our passion is helping everyone access sound advice so they can plan for a better future and ultimately achieve more, whatever that might be.”
