This is the latest accounting acquisition by Fusion, which now consists of tax, accountancy, financial Services, legal services, digital marketing and business advisory divisions, and is “looking to complete further acquisitions to add to its breadth and depth of client proposition going forward”.

Wilton Mutlow & Co will now form part of the company’s Fusion Accountancy offering.

Adam Maurice, Fusion director, said: “I am delighted to announce this latest acquisition which will further bolster our team and bring a high quality segment of additional clients in the SME space to our client bank.”

Mitch Young, director of Fusion, added: “Wilton Mutlow and Co are a traditional firm with a longstanding loyal local client-base. I am excited about working with the enlarged team and being able to offer our new clients a range of professional services as part of our 360 advisory offering.”

Brendan Chambers, former director of Wilton Mutlow and Co Ltd said,  “The timing of this transaction was perfect for both sides, and I am excited about the great prospects for our clients and staff.”
