The firm has advised the shareholders of Cellular Solutions on the sale of the business to Communications Plus, a B2B provider of telecommunications
RSM’s M&A and private equity team has advised the shareholders of Cellular Solutions, a specialist provider of communications and business systems, on the sale of the business to Communications Plus, a B2B provider of telecommunications.
Based in the North East of England, Cellular Solutions was founded by Mike Bowers in 1995 and is part of the O2 Direct Partner network, offering customers mobile, landline, broadband and software services.
Merseyside-based Communications Plus employs more than 200 people across 21 locations and was named as O2 Franchise of the Decade in 2018.
As part of the transaction, Cellular Solutions’ business software division transferred to Smith Cooper System Partners, an accredited Sage business partner.
