Lincoln-based Streets Chartered Accountants has announced it has reached the number eight ranking for marketing, brand and digital intelligence, according to Living Room’s latest survey of the UK’s top 50 accountancy firms.

The Living Ratings survey recognises the work of professional firms in terms of “effective, innovative and engaging” branding and marketing communications.

The accountancy firm said that reaching the top 10 within this sector “reflects our commitment to embracing new and imaginative marketing techniques and our understanding of the sector in which we operate”.

In a statement, it said: “The last 12-18 months have been particularly challenging for all and not least marketeers looking to support existing clients as well as maintaining brand awareness with potential new business.

“Working closely with our external partners including web developers Onespacemedia Ltd and creative agency Distract we have as a firm embraced new techniques including the launch of our own podcast and furthered our online marketing, including the provision of increased content generation and sharing.”

It added: “Our success comes at a time when we are about to launch a new website and new platform for sharing content to support our clients, along with an enhanced programme of social media activity and digital content sharing.”
