Wilkinson and Partners has continued its recent growth with the acquisition of accountancy firm David Pullan and Co.
The deal comes after founder of the firm, David Pullan, is set to retire with his clients to now be serviced by Wilkinson and Partner’s Ilkley team. During the process Pullan will be working as a consultant to ensure his clients are transferred across in a “seamless manner”.
Oliver Wilkinson is the partner responsible for incorporating the David Pullan and Co clients into the practice and will be working closely with Pullan.
Wilkinson said: “We have known David for some time and are delighted that he has chosen Wilkinson and Partners to look after his clients following his retirement.
“Both accountancy firms have been built on a foundation of providing a proactive and personal service to clients, a successful formula which we aim to continue with David’s clients.”
Pullan added: “When planning for my retirement it was important that I found a suitable firm of accountants to take over my client base.
