Big Four accountancy firm, KPMG, has announced it has appointed Laura Fovargue Finn as its senior business development manager for the East Midlands.

Finn will aim to drive growth for KPMG’s Nottingham business development wing, after joining from identity data intelligence company, GBG, where she led one of its sales teams.

Finn said: “It’s an exciting time to join KPMG’s business development team. The market in the East Midlands is growing, with a range of innovative businesses trying to navigate the challenges and complexities they’re facing in today’s environment. I’m confident that my experience within the technology sector will complement the wider team as we help our clients to achieve their ambitions.”

Ian Borley, East Midlands senior partner at KPMG, added: “Laura has an excellent understanding of the business requirements of the region, as well as strong networking skills. Coming from a sales and technology background, I’m looking forward to the fresh perspective she will bring. This further investment in our team is testament to the firm’s growth and commitment to the East Midlands, as we continue to provide the best solutions for our clients.”
