The Poole office of Azets is posting 12 to 15% annual growth as it celebrates one year of being part of the firm.

The long-established independent business Inspire was acquired by Azets in March 2022 as part of strategic growth plans across the UK.

Since then it has taken the total staff to 40 to serve over 1,000 clients across Bournemouth, Poole and the wider Dorset and Solent region.

Last month three new associate directors and two new managers were named as business demand continues to grow.

Backed by Azets there are plans which could see the office potentially double in size.

Warren Munson, office managing partner, said: “The fact that we are now posting annual growth figures of between 12 per cent and 15 per cent year on year, outpacing inflation, vindicates our decision to become part of the Azets family.

“It has been a smooth integration across 12 months. The message from Azets at the very start was ‘business as usual’ and that is what it has continued to be. We now have the confidence to step forward and take on new work.”

He added: “Azets has given us the freedom to develop, to invest in our people. We have seen it with the team – we have had recent multiple promotions and six new hires in 12 months – and colleagues can now see a more accessible path to personal growth.”

“We have a good pipeline of talent and the risk for us previously was that we would lose these great people if we did not give them growth opportunity – we had to break through that independent firm ceiling to do this.”
