Xeinadin, a business advisory and accountancy practice, has announced the acquisition of Bostockwhite, which provides accounts, taxation, business advisory and support services, and ​​ will continue to be led by Tony Bostock and Samantha White.

Xeinadin, which has 100 locations across the UK and Ireland, provides over 40 service lines to over 50,000 clients, and small and medium-sized businesses. Xeinadin has more than 1,500 employees across the UK and Ireland.

Derry Crowley, CEO, Xeinadin Group, said: “We are pleased to welcome Bostockwhite to the Xeinadin Group. The firm is directly aligned with our vision and will provide even greater strength to our Midlands offering. We look forward to working alongside Tony and Samantha and the team.  

“This is the second acquisition we’ve announced this month and since the investment from Exponent, highlighting the mission we are on for quality growth across the group.”
