Chartered accountancy firm Mapus-Smith and Lemmon has announced the promotion of Helen Peak and Vikkie Ely to partners at the group.

The duo provide more than 23 years of experience in total to the company which has offices in Kings Lynn, Downham Market, and Wisbech.

Ely qualified as a chartered certified accountant in 2009, having joined the firm in 2002 as a trainee accountant.

Specialising in the agricultural and medical sector, she advises Mapus-Smith and Lemmon’s clients on the full range of accountancy and taxation areas.

Peak has acted as office manager at the group’s Downham Market operations since 2019, and works across “all types” of industries and advisory areas.

Paul Farrow, senior partner at Mapus-Smith and Lemmon, said that the pair “pride themselves on offering excellent client service” and providing “high quality and effective advice” to the group’s clients.

He added: “Their appointments to the partnership will help with the ongoing development and growth of the firm.

“We are confident this will further strengthen our reputation as a respected, well established source of professional advice for clients.”
