Business advisory firm FRP Advisory has announced the appointment of Daniel Brecker to associate director at the group’s corporate finance team.

In the new role, Brecker will be tasked with leveraging his dealmaking experience to further establish the group’s Manchester operations, adding value for its North West clients base.

He will provide the position with over a decade of professional experience, having previously worked at two top 10 UK accountancy firms.

Brecker specialises in advising mid-market businesses on strategic transactions across a range of sectors, including manufacturing, technology, and media and telecommunications.

He said: “FRP has a standout reputation in the market for the quality of advice it provides and the talent its team brings to the table.

“Joining the firm is a great opportunity, and I look forward to working with the team as we support the growth ambitions of businesses across the North West.”

The appointment follows recent growth at the company’s Manchester operations, having advised on the sales of ADC Bio to Sterling Pharma Solutions, and T Jolly to JLC.

Heath Snyder, corporate finance partner at FRP, said: Daniel is a fantastic addition to the team – the experience and regional knowledge that he brings means we’re well-placed to carry on supporting our clients across the North West while catering to increasing levels of demand.”
