Milsted Langdon, a South-West chartered accountancy group, has appointed Mark Birchenough as a senior general practice manager in its Bristol firm.

He has over 30 years in the audit and accountancy profession and specialises in audits and financial reporting for charities and not-for-profit entities, academy trusts and limited companies.

Birchenough also assists with management accounting, cash flow forecasting, systems analysis and general business, tax and VAT advice.

Birchenough said: “I am really excited to be joining the team in Bristol. Milsted Langdon has a fantastic reputation in the region and beyond for delivering excellent services to its clients, so I am looking forward to supporting local businesses and individuals.”

Rachel Hotham, people partner at Milsted Langdon, added: “We are glad to be welcoming Mark to our team. He comes to us with considerable experience, including specialist knowledge of the not-for-profit, charity and academy schools sector, which will complement our existing expertise in these areas.”

Founded in 1988, Milsted Langdon has five accountancy branches across the UK, including offices in Bath, London and Yeovil.
