ICAS signs ‘Charter for Black Talent in Finance and the Professions’
The Charter which was founded by Harry Matovu and Michael Eboda, requires organisations to apply the same standard business techniques to the growth of Black talent as they would apply to projects for revenue growth
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) has announced it has signed The Charter for Black Talent in Finance and the Professions, which was launched in October 2020 following the killing of George Floyd.
