Consilium Chartered Accountants has advised the shareholders of East Kilbride-based Eureka Solutions on the company’s sale to San Francisco technology group Pine Services, marking the US firm’s first UK acquisition.

The Glasgow-based advisory firm supported Eureka’s owners through the entire process, from marketing the business and identifying a buyer to leading negotiations and completion. The transaction was led by Consilium corporate finance partner Linzi Wilson and director Siobhan Moore.

Eureka Solutions, a family-owned business software provider, implements and supports accounting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems across Oracle NetSuite, Sage 200, and iplicit. The company also develops its own Cloud-based systems integration tool, Besyncly.

Pine Services, part of the Evergreen group of managed IT and software companies, focuses on ERP solutions for businesses that prioritise long-term customer and employee relationships.

Pine Services president Dustin Anderson said the deal would extend the group’s international footprint and “bring world-class talent and innovation from Scotland’s vibrant technology ecosystem” to its portfolio.

Wilson added: “It was a privilege to guide Gillian, Alistair, and the Eureka team through this transaction. Our priority was to ensure every step was clear, strategic, and tailored to their goals – delivering the best possible outcome for all.”
