Scottish accountancy firm Consilium has officially rebranded to Dains to strengthen the national advisory network of its parent company.
The transition follows the acquisition of the Glasgow-based firm by the Dains Group at the beginning of 2025.
As part of the corporate change, Consilium Accountancy Group has been renamed Dains Accountants (Scotland) and Consilium Audit has become Dains Audit (Scotland).
The restructuring aims to provide corporate clients in the region with direct access to specialised national services.
Dains has also completed a comprehensive refurbishment and remodeling programme at its main office in Glasgow to support its regional integration.
Richard McNeilly, chief executive of Dains Group, said: “It is rare that we meet such an enterprising and client-focused leadership team and the opportunities we can create together in Scotland and across the UK and Ireland are substantial. We are building a very compelling proposition in Scotland, having previously partnered with William Duncan and Co and Condies.”
