PwC has been voted as one of the UK’s top graduate employers in The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers survey 2025.

PwC ranked second overall after the Civil Service, and as the top private sector employer. The firm also won awards for the Best Social Media presence and the sector award for Accountancy.

Around 1,300 graduates and school and college leavers joined PwC in 2025, and 433 students completed its summer internship programme.

PwC holds the record of being voted number one 17 times in the 27-year history of The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers. and this year has moved to second place, having been the country’s top graduate employer in both 2023 and 2024.

Furthermore, the firm has also won the accountancy sector award every year since the awards started.

Phillippa O’Connor, chief people officer at PwC, said: “We’re incredibly proud that university graduates have voted us as one of the top graduate employers, recognising our efforts to stand out as an employer by investing in skills and giving people a breadth of opportunity. We are committed to nurturing talent and creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.”

The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers was first published in 1998 and is produced by High Fliers Publications, in association with The Times newspaper. The ranking is based on interviews with over 15,000 final year students at 30 UK universities.
