Advisory firm GS Verde Group has announced the promotion of Linzi Lumbley to director within its tax and accountants division.
Lumbley, who joined the business as an accountant, has progressed through a series of roles including associate director. She will now focus on supporting client growth across Wales and the South West, as well as contributing to the development of the group’s systems and technology.
Nigel Greenaway, chief executive of GS Verde Group, said: “Her promotion is testament to how hard she has worked. This achievement is a true reflection of Linzi’s dedication, hard work, energy, and contribution to leadership and growth within the business.”
Joel Dunning, managing director of the tax and accountants division at GS Verde, said: “In addition to her great work with clients, Linzi will also play a key role in the ongoing enhancement of GS Verde’s technology and systems, championing automation within finance functions and across the wider group.”
Lumbley added: “I have been fortunate to receive incredible support throughout my journey to chartered status, progressing from associate director to now director. GS Verde Group, which operates across Cardiff, Bristol, Cheltenham and Ireland, specialises in corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, management buyouts, investment rounds and employee ownership transitions.
