Claritas has announced the promotion of Alex Hall to partner in recognition of his impact on the growth of its Tax Valuations service line.
Hall joined Claritas in 2021, and since then has been instrumental in driving Claritas’ strategic growth ambitions.
The firm said he has a “fantastic reputation” amongst Claritas’ client base and is “highly regarded” within the Claritas family. In his time with Claritas, Hall has been “instrumental” in tripling the revenue of Claritas’ Valuations and Equity Reward business and has built a strong reputation in the market for the quality of the work produced by his team.
Hall said: “Since joining Claritas almost four years ago, it has been fantastic to watch the growth of the firm. What resonates with me is that we have been able to maintain our culture and high standard of client delivery whilst rapidly expanding to a firm with national coverage. Matt, Iain and the rest of the team have supported me since day one at Claritas and I am extremely proud to be promoted to Partner in a business that demands excellence but is also extremely fun to work for.”
In the last year alone, Claritas has grown its national team by 33 people, including the acquisition of the 22 strong Incentives and Reliefs team from Markel earlier this year. A further 12 people have already committed to joining by the New Year.
It said the growth in the Valuations and Equity Reward offering over the last few years has been achieved through a combination of strategic and successful hires, a strong repeat client base and inbound referrals from intermediaries and contacts.
