Multi-discipline dealmaking firm GS Verde Group has opened a new office in Bristol’s Temple Quay, following continued growth across the South West.

The firm has taken over the mezzanine floor of One The Square, a Grade A office building located near Temple Meads station in central Bristol.

According to GS Verde, the space is “significantly larger” than its previous Bristol premises and will accommodate its expanding team spanning legal, finance, tax and communications.

It stated that the move reflects “increasing demand for GS Verde’s integrated merger and acquisition, accountancy, legal and advisory services, and underscores its long-term commitment to the region”.

GS Verde operates across the UK and Ireland, supporting clients through complex transactions such as mergers and acquisitions.

Joel Dunning, director of GS Verde Tax and Accountants and head of the Bristol office, said: “This move is a reflection of both our growth and the confidence the market has in our unique multi-discipline approach to dealmaking.

“We have a growing number of clients using GS Verde across the South West for accountancy and legal services, as well as for the M&A services that we provide. Our new office in Temple Meads provides a great location for clients to visit us, while bringing together our growing teams, across multiple disciplines.”

Nigel Greenaway, chief executive, added: “Bristol is a key location for us, and our growth across the South West has been recognised with an increase in corporate transactions in the region.

“Our new office and increased capacity in Temple Quay will allow us to better serve our expanding client base and strengthen our position as a leading advisor in the South West.”
