Equiom, a global provider of private client, family office, corporate administration, and accounting solutions, has announced the appointment of Sarah Cobden as head of Corporate Services and Vanessa Blanchet as executive director of Corporate Services.

Cobden has a background in corporate administration and a “proven track record” of leadership, having led the establishment and development of a successful corporate services function in her former role.

She also comes with “extensive experience” in managing complex corporate structures for international clients and providing strategic oversight across a wide range of sectors, including Fintech/Blockchain, finance, real estate, and banking.

Meanwhile, Blanchet has a wealth of experience in corporate administration solutions, including specialist knowledge in Shari’ah compliant structuring, administration, and accounting services, having previously led a team specialising in this area.

Additionally, Equiom has also welcomed Jamie Hillion, senior manager, and Rebecca Clark, manager, to its Corporate Services team based in Jersey.

Claire Le Brocq, chief commercial officer at Equiom, said: “Our new appointments reflect our dedication to strengthening our team with quality subject matter experts who have unparalleled skill sets, best practice standards, and a deep understanding of corporate services. These strategic additions will further our ability to provide enhanced, innovative cross-jurisdictional solutions to our clients, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the corporate services sector.”

Cobden added: “I am thrilled to join a company that is renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation and to have the opportunity to contribute to Equiom’s success. The corporate services world continues to evolve, and I look forward to working with a team of talented and forward-thinking individuals who are dedicated to developing our corporate service offerings and continuously enhancing the service provided to clients. This is an exciting time for Equiom.”

Blanchet concluded: “Joining Equiom is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to achieving the highest standards of client care and service. I am eager to use my experience to support our clients’ needs and drive our corporate services forward.”
