Evelyn Partners has announced that Kate Lilleyman has joined its forensic services practice as an international disputes partner.
Lilleyman has extensive experience as a forensic accountant, working on commercial litigation, arbitration and expert determination both in the UK and internationally.
Her particular area of focus is contentious valuations, where she has significant experience working on company valuations, joint venture and shareholder disputes across a wide range of geographies and sectors.
Her appointment comes following the arrival last year of a disputes team from KPMG, headed by Nicholas Good.
Good, head of forensic commercial disputes, said: “We are delighted to have Kate join our team. Kate brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, and expands the senior capacity for expert work.”
Lilleyman added: “I am thrilled to be joining the team at Evelyn Partners. This exciting opportunity allows me to bring my expertise to a firm renowned for its innovative approach to complex challenges. Evelyn Partners’ commitment to excellence and client-focused solutions aligns perfectly with my professional values.
“I look forward to collaborating with the talented team here to deliver outstanding results for our clients, while also contributing to the firm’s continued growth and success in the commercial disputes arena. This new chapter represents a significant milestone in my career, and I am eager to leverage my experience to further enhance Evelyn Partners’ stellar reputation in handling high-stakes commercial litigation and arbitration.”
