Dow Schofield Watts (DSW) has announced that it has relocated its London office to 44 Maiden Lane in Strand, London.

The move comes as its team expands to nine with one promotion and three new hires.

Phil Hodgson has been promoted to associate director while Alex Bull and Peter Sexton joined as transaction services executives and Chris Dougan as a corporate finance executive.

Hodgson has been with DSW’s corporate finance team for five years and has been instrumental to supporting the delivery of transactions and growth in the business.

Sexton was an assistant manager in audit with Deloitte in Birmingham where he worked for over three years focusing on automotive, software and real estate sectors.

Meanwhile, Bull joined from BDO where he has spent the last three years as an audit trainee in its Consumer Markets division working on betting and gaming entities.

Lastly, Dougan joined from PwC where he was an external auditor with its asset wealth management department focusing on investment platforms, infrastructure, private equity and real estate funds.

Dave Graham, partner at DSW, said: “Our relocation within Covent Garden provides the opportunity to further expand our operations in the mid-market and provide better facilities for our growing teams. Phil’s promotion is well deserved and having Peter, Alex and Chris join with their excellent mix of skillsets and sector focus is testament to our expansion plans.”

DSW was established in 2002 and now employs 100 people based in offices in Aberdeen, Cardiff, the North West of England, Leeds, Leicester, London, Nottingham and Reading.
