Shaw Gibbs has announced the promotion of Mark Ferguson to the position of IT director.

Ferguson joined Shaw Gibbs in 2006 and his innovative contributions and leadership qualities have played a pivotal role in driving technological advancements within the organisation.

In his new role, Ferguson will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Shaw Gibbs’ IT operations, including infrastructure development, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives which are linked to the acquisitive and organic growth of the organisation.

Under Ferguson’s guidance, Shaw Gibbs aims to continue its digital transformation journey, making significant strides in enhancing the client experience, streamlining internal processes, integrating new offices and maintaining the highest standards of data security and compliance.
