EY has renewed the lease on its One More London Place headquarters, extending its occupation of the building until 2040.

The South Bank property serves as EY’s UK and global headquarters and accommodates more than 8,000 staff. The existing lease had been due to expire in 2028.

EY said the decision reflected the building’s location and transport connectivity. One More London Place sits close to London Bridge station and forms a central hub for the firm’s UK operations.

The professional services group operates 20 offices across the UK. In London, it also occupies 25 Churchill Place in Canary Wharf, which primarily houses its UK financial services business.

Anna Anthony, UK and Ireland regional managing partner at EY, said: “Extending the lease on this building marks our continued investment in London and confidence in the capital as a place to do business. We are retaining a building in a prime location, which will continue to provide a place to work for our people.”
