HaysMac appoints Transaction Services partner

HaysMac has appointed Stephen Mason as partner in its Transaction Advisory Services team to lead the Private Market Transactions and Due Diligence practice.

Mason joins the firm from RSM, where he spent 17 years in their Transaction Services team advising private equity and venture-capital investors, banks and corporates across sectors such as hospitality, retail, media and technology. 

He has previously led multiple complex transactions both across the UK and internationally.

In his new role, he will develop and grow HaysMac’s private market transactions strategy, supporting investors and businesses through all stages of the deal cycle, from initial assessment to post-transaction integration.
