Blackburn and Bury-based PM+M – the chartered accountancy, business advisory and financial planning group – has confirmed 19 new promotions across the business.

Promoted to senior manager are Sarah Farragher (Accounting + Advisory), Alex Heath (Audit, Accounting + Advisory) and Andy Kirkaldy (Tax). Whilst Reece Eccles (Payroll) and Laura Whewell (Tax) have become managers, and Ellie Stockwell (Risk + Compliance) Claire Daunt (People) and Anne Ramsden (Company Secretarial) are now assistant managers.

Other promotions include two senior advisers: Courtney Mayer and Katie Tomlinson (Accounting + Advisory); two advisers – Sumayyah Karolia (Cloud) and Harvey Holden (Tax); a supervisor – Claire Yates (Payroll); and an analyst – Safaa Chaudary (Corporate Finance).

In addition, PM+M has promoted four junior advisers: Ayaz Adam, Isabelle Parkinson, Aaliya Vali and Maria Gomes; as well as Georgia Nightingale-Slicker who is now a co-ordinator in the People team.

Managing partner Helen Clayton said: “It’s a huge reward to see colleagues who I have had the privilege to work with step into new roles. In addition to the new promotions, PM+M has also had its Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Platinum Approved Employer Status renewed, something the firm has held since 2003. ACCA Platinum Approved Employer Status is the highest level of recognition from the organisation and is for employers who offer exceptional support around their team’s training and development.
