Forvis Mazars has appointed Nathan Reay as its UK technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) sector leader.
Reay will oversee the firm’s TMT activities in the UK and contribute to its global TMT strategy as a member of the international board.

An investment banker and former senior executive, Reay has 25 years’ experience in strategy and M&A across Hong Kong, Sydney and London.
His previous roles include leadership positions in media and technology companies, and advisory and management roles within corporate finance firms.
He has also served on the board of a technology-focused venture capital fund and held advisory positions with technology and e-commerce businesses.
Reay said: “I’m delighted to join Forvis Mazars and use the firm’s global expertise to help TMT clients maximise efficiencies and pursue their growth ambitions. I look forward to working with clients across the TMT sector to support the development and delivery of their strategic plans.”
Andrew Hoyle, UK head of advisory and consulting, added: “Nathan brings a rare combination of experience as an advisor, executive and investor. He will play a key role in connecting clients with the full range of our firm’s services.”
Dave Hilton, UK head of corporate finance, concluded: “Nathan’s appointment strengthens our position in one of the most active M&A sectors in the UK and globally. His leadership complements our expanding corporate finance team and supports our growth across specialist sectors and regional markets.”
