Interpath Advisory has appointed four managing directors across its international offices as part of the continued expansion of its global deals practice.

The appointments include John Doddy in Ireland; Rob Connold and Neil McBride in the UK; and Tobias Huesmann in Germany. The firm has also added Vania Memoud as managing director in France.

Doddy joins as managing director and head of advisory in Ireland. He was previously head of debt and capital advisory at Deloitte in Dublin, advising mid and large-cap clients on debt financing. He brings more than 20 years’ experience in European financial services.

In the UK, Connold joins from Deloitte, where he spent almost two decades as a partner in the debt and capital advisory team, working with privately owned and private equity-backed businesses. He will focus on advising clients on debt facilities to support mergers, refinancing, and growth.

Meanwhile, McBride joins Interpath’s London office from PwC, bringing more than 25 years’ experience in management and private equity consulting. He will lead the development of Interpath’s integration and separation services and its operational due diligence proposition. The UK business has also promoted Rob Allard in value creation and Tom Rawlinson in transaction services to managing director.

In Germany, Huesmann joins the Munich office from PwC, where he worked with corporate and private equity clients on M&A transactions and portfolio transformation. He previously held roles at BASF and has around a decade of experience in operational M&A, carve-outs, integrations and portfolio optimisation.

Interpath’s deals business spans mergers and acquisitions (M&A), debt and capital advisory, transaction services, and integration and separation work, supported by teams in valuations, pensions, tax, and data and technology. The practice is led globally by Neil Siri and operates across Interpath’s 30 offices.

Siri, global head of deals and private capital at Interpath, said: “These appointments reflect our commitment to bring together the best talent from across the world’s leading financial centres. With deep experience spanning M&A, debt advisory, transaction services, and integration and separation, we’re creating a truly integrated team that can deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients.”

Mark Raddan, Interpath chief executive, added: “Their arrival is testament to the strength of our vision and the critical role the Deals practice has in Interpath’s development. We’re attracting top-tier talent who share our ambition to build a world-class advisory team.”
