Benson Accountants has promoted two of its senior advisers to associate roles as part of a series of staff changes across the firm.

Sarah Bell, formerly client principal, and Sue Blair, specialist tax consultant, have both been made associates.

The firm said the promotions reflected their “leadership and expertise in advising clients on complex matters”.

Other promotions within the practice include Ralph Johnston, who becomes client manager, and Callie Paterson and Will Ewart, who have been promoted to client support senior.

Benson Accountants employs more than 50 staff across its offices and provides audit, tax and business advisory services to clients ranging from small firms to larger regional companies.

Paul Benson, managing director, said: “Sarah and Sue truly embody what our firm stands for.

“Their promotions to associate are a testament to their professionalism, dedication, and the confidence we have in them to continue shaping the future of our practice.”
