Advisory firm Interpath has appointed Kirstie O’Flanagan as head of transaction services in Ireland.

O’Flanagan, a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, has more than 15 years’ experience in professional services.

She previously spent 11 years with Deloitte in London and Dublin, where she was part of the senior leadership team for the transaction services business.

Her experience includes advising on domestic and international buy and sell-side deals for private equity and corporate clients, as well as large capital markets transactions.

O’Flanagan will be based in Dublin and work with Interpath’s teams across Ireland and internationally.

She said: “I’m delighted to be joining Interpath at such an exciting time for both the business and the professional services market in Ireland. I am particularly excited about the opportunity for Interpath to really make its mark on Ireland’s thriving deal-making community and bring the very best of the team’s experience to existing and new clients.

“Interpath’s entrepreneurial mindset, ambition and energy, along with the agile, dynamic and talented team that’s been built, were key differentiators that appealed to me in joining the group. I look forward to working across the established Interpath international network, and growing the Irish transaction services practice, helping clients execute deals and unlock value.”
