Grasp Accountants has launched in Poole with a subscription-based model designed to give businesses access to both advisory services and traditional accounting support.

The firm, founded by Nick Bryant, offers clients one-to-one sessions, workshops and impartial business advice alongside tax and compliance services.

The practice is focused on supporting ambitious businesses with profitability, growth and succession planning.

Bryant, an ACCA-qualified accountant, has more than 15 years’ experience with firms including Azets and Inspire.

He has worked extensively with SMEs and owner-managed businesses across the region and also serves as an ambassador for Dorset Chamber of Commerce and treasurer of Bournemouth Rugby Club.

The Grasp team includes senior client adviser Holly Corsie and client operations manager Kim Bryant. The practice operates cloud-based systems from its Poole office and partners with specialist providers for VAT, bookkeeping and payroll.

Bryant said: “At Grasp, we go beyond traditional accountancy, with a focus on relationships, strategic advice and tax efficiencies.

“Seeing clients succeed is hugely rewarding and the better we support them to achieve their goals, the more value we deliver. Grasp intends to invest in the Dorset business community as it grows, working with companies across the south coast.”
