Audit and advisory firm Gerald Edelman has announced the appointment of Tom Harris as audit partner, strengthening its senior team with a former Deloitte director who brings 25 years of experience.
Harris joins from the Big Four firm, where he worked with large listed entities, private clients and start-ups across sectors including retail, manufacturing, property, telecoms, media and technology. He has also advised on initial public offering (IPO) readiness, high-frequency information (HFI) reporting and controls assurance.
He has held several audit leadership roles, including managing departments and offices, and leading initiatives focused on audit quality, operational excellence and equality, diversity and inclusion.
