South West accountancy firm Monahans has been named one of the UK’s leading apprenticeship employers in The Sunday Times Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers 2025.
The list recognises employers across the country that have shown a strong commitment to apprenticeships, including the creation of new opportunities and a focus on diversity and inclusion.
Ranked 94th, Monahans currently supports more than 30 apprentices across its 11 offices, including Swindon, Bath, Cirencester and Trowbridge.
The apprentices work as trainee accountants and business advisers, combining practical experience with study towards professional qualifications.
According to trainees, Monahans “stands out for its supportive and inclusive culture”.
Many even described the team as “welcoming and collaborative, with strong encouragement to learn, ask questions and progress”.
Monahans continues to welcome aspiring apprentices looking to begin a career in accountancy and business.
Sophie Austin, operations partner at Monahans, said: “We’re incredibly proud to have made the Top 100.
“Our apprentices bring so much energy, talent and drive to the business. Whether they’re fresh out of school or making a career change, we’re here to support them every step of the way. It’s really rewarding to see them grow in confidence, take on new challenges and realise what they’re capable of. That’s what it’s all about for us.”
