Squire Patton Boggs has advised NFP UK Holdings Limited and its business management solutions business, on the acquisition of Clay GBP Limited.

Clay GBP Limited is a full-service accountancy practice and tax advisory firm which was also acquired with its subsidiary, C&A Company Secretarial Services Limited.

NFP UK Holdings Limited is an Aon company and subsidiary of the New York headquartered NFP Corp.

Founded in 2014, Clay GBP is a full-service business management consultancy firm providing accounting, taxation and business advice with offices in London and the Midlands. 

Clay GBP serves high-net worth clients, including in the sports, media and entertainment industries. The firm provides management services, including bookkeeping, bill pay, tax preparation and planning, as well as the coordination of estate planning, wealth management and insurance services through external resources.

The team advising on the transaction was led by Corporate partner Tom Durrant, assisted by Claire O’ Connor, Nageena Shaheen, Athina Maneli and Indy Bening, with tax advice provided by Patrick Ford and Thomas Barr.
