Bishop Fleming has advised on the sale of construction consultancy firm Kendall Kingscott to RSK Group.
Established in 1962, Kendall Kingscott is one of the leading inter-disciplinary construction consultancies across the South and Southwest of England.
With over 200 people operating from six hubs, the business has helped deliver some of the most complex projects across the region, working for clients that include NHS Trusts, universities, local authorities and major retail chains. Its specialism in remodelling and adapting existing buildings helps those clients deliver decarbonisation targets.
RSK is a global leader in the delivery of sustainable solutions. Bringing together environmental, engineering and technical services businesses to help clients around the world minimise their impact on the planet.
The acquisition supports RSK’s strategy to enhance its consultancy capabilities across the built environment, with particular focus on sustainable buildings, while providing Kendall Kingscott with a platform for accelerated growth.
Bishop Fleming provided lead advisory services to Kendall Kingscott. The team was led by corporate finance partner Martyn Fraser, supported by Joe Coghlan and Lindy Adams.
