RSM UK has appointed Alessandra Lupski Raja as a business transformation partner in its consulting practice.

She joins RSM from PA Consulting where she built and led a team that specialised in end-to-end finance consulting for complex public sector programmes and advised government bodies, particularly across multi-entity and multi-disciplinary programmes.

Prior to this, she qualified as an accountant with PwC, working across external audit and risk assurance.

Lupski Raja works with finance and commercial functions to explore how they can most effectively enable front line services, providing solid foundations for rapid change.

She also helps organisations reshape their back office to support critical operations efficiently.

During her career, Lupski Raja has supported various large-scale programmes, including negotiating funding and engaging with the government for the Vaccine Deployment Programme within NHS England.

Lupski Raja said: “I am excited to join RSM at a time of huge growth and bring together our expertise across transformation, risk and governance to support the public sector. With a new government in place, the Autumn Budget just around the corner, and a huge backlog of vital public sector projects requiring urgent attention, RSM is positioned perfectly to support sustainable change in public services.”

Joel Segal, head of business transformation at RSM UK, added: ‘We’re delighted to have Alessandra on board, her extensive experience across transformation, finance, as well as risk and governance will be invaluable in elevating our team. This makes her the ideal candidate to drive the growth of our public sector presence in consulting.”
