FRP acquires Globalview Advisors

FRP has doubled the size of its valuations team with the acquisition of Globalview Advisors. Based in London, Globalview provides valuation services to clients nationwide. Globalview managing director Sarpel Ustunel will join the city office as a partner within the financial advisory practice, along with the Globalview team, which includes eight valuation professionals. Purchasing the £2.7m turnover business marks FRP’s 12th acquisition since publicly listing in 2020 and the fifth this year. The firm has also acquired corporate and commercial finance specialists Hilton-Baird, Lexington Corporate Finance and WilliamsAli, as well as restructuring firm GWC on the Isle of Man in 2024. The acquisition doubles the size of the valuations team to 16 people, having also recently appointed London-based Director Tom Rees. The team was formed under partner Jim Davies, who joined the firm in 2021. The financial advisory pillar formally launched in early 2023 and brings together more than 35 experienced advisers to support boards, lenders and investors on mid-market transactions and advisory assignments. Its transaction-related support includes financial due diligence, independent business reviews, financial modelling and valuation services, alongside pensions and company-side advisory services.
